Arctic Cooling Mat

Firstly I was disappointed that my boy was on it 5 minutes and he scratched it badly . Secondly there was no mention of putting it in the freezer online when I went through the website before I brought it . Yet on the box it said freezer for only 15 minutes . I thought it was weight activated . Thirdly it's gel inside . Is it safe ? And last but not least I emailed Bully billows to with these concerns and nobody has got back to me . On the other hand my boy seems to like it very much . Which I'm pleased about . I want to buy more but I think the customer service side isn't great sadly so I'm not sure if I will .

Geordie was not sure about it at first but he did go on it eventually and slept I put it on one side of my bed Geordie on it and my feet to cool down😆maybe should have got a double one🤣

My cavapoo really struggled with the heat and friend recommended your cooling mat and explained it cooled the dog when pressure was applied. Bonnie loves it. I was very satisfied with how quickly it arrived and how well it was packaged i will definitely be recommending this cooling mat to friends and family .
