Here's hoping
Price was right and the plants arrived in good condition from their long trip to the southwest. They have been planted in a raised bed (in May) and are trying to stay alive in the sometimes brutal southwest heat. (I do have a 50% shade cloth covering a frame above them to try to minimize any sun damage. ) We allowed four small berries to mature to sample - small but tasty- we look forward to future harvests.

Looks good
I left them in the pots they came in for a week. I watered them, but my COPD made transplanting them difficult. My granddaughter visited and she helped plant all the veggies, flowers, and seeds I had waiting. The strawberries perked up beautifully. Looking forward to having them to snack on next year!

Definitely different!
I like these berries! They are smaller in size, burst with flavor, sweet! The strawberries taste like the real thing and are very different than the ones from your local supermarket.
