Frost Proof Gardenia Shrub

Beautiful -- even indoors !

Eastern window, notwithstanding Pacific Northwest Clouds, the bush has done very well -- to the point of a long and full flowering season. Don't expect it to develop a lush throng of large leaves given its pursuit of pure sunlight, but the perfume fills the room. Wonderful. Delivered well with no shell shock when arrive or planting in large urn.

Gardenia Bushes

The flowers actually stayed protected during shipment and now they are planted in our yard and the deer are not even bothering them. They smell beautiful to us but not to the deer. Win/win

I received the Gardenia plant in May. I couldn’t plant it outside as it was still cold in the morning in late May. I finally planted it a week back and it’s already blooming! Plant looks very healthy - I had 5 flowers today- keeping fingers crossed that it survives the winter in zone 6b
