My order arrived within 48 hours of being shipped. The plants were well packaged and arrived in good condition. I unpacked them, fed and watered them, and gave them a day to get acclimated before planting. Now I am hopeful they will quickly grow into an nice privacy screen hedgerow.

I received them early spring. Well I worried at first because before I could get them into the ground we had our last, very unexpected snow. I contacted customer service and they assured me the plants should be fine but if not they have an amazing exchange policy. So, I planted them and haven’t had any issues over the last few months since getting them into the ground. Absolutely love them.

Lovely Dappled Willows

Shipment arrived totally intact from FedEx delivery. I’ve had some bad experiences with how they handle the shipments but these came in perfect and were absolutely beautiful. They’ve been in ground about two weeks now and they’re really enjoying their new location so far. I’m excited to see them flourish over the years.
