Ordered in plenty, plenty time to arrive for Mother's Day. Arrived without pedals, saddle, post, and basket. After back and forth with Pashley those arrived three days late. A second bike (ordered at the same time) arrived with all parts but damaged (dented and scratched to metal). No remedy received. Bikes used, since, they work fine and they're cute, but, y'know. It's cute-- but it's wrong
