Great timepiece and second to none customer service

I was on the fence purchasing from a brand I was unfamiliar with. However, after many back-and-forth emails with customer service, I pulled the trigger and ordered. I am so happy I did. I knew that I loved the Cap Mala design, size (42) and color. The personal responses I received gave me the confidence in the company that I needed. All of my inquiries were answered in a timely and detailed manner. I admit that I was expecting "canned" responses. That is not at all what occurred. In my modest watch collection, which includes more expensive wristwatches (ie. Rolex), this Waldor has immediately become one of my favorites for every day wear. It is comfortable, understated, attractive, well made, and keeps perfect time. You can buy with confidence from this company.

I've had my eye on it for a while and when I finally went to buy it, I couldn't find it on the site. Devastated so tried finding something similar but nothing came close. Popped up in my feed recently that it was available again...so excited!! Absolutely love it and the compliments keep coming.
