Received my new Furch Blue OM Cm last week, love it. Arrived perfectly after a great setup from the team their. It's a been a great experience from day one, a private appointment to play a number of models and great support especially from Jake who was happy to help and advise without any pressure. I also had an Epiphone ES335 which I needed setting up and repairing, Jake was helpful throughout with quick support replying to my multiple emails. Furch Blue OM CM

Have had the guitar now for about a week and as a beginner I know I have made the rights choice. I made a long journey to Richards Guitars because they were the only guitar store that provided what I needed. That was being able to relax in a room where no other customers were there to disturb me and because I was a beginner it was great to be able to stumble through a few chords and listen to lots of guitars. Jon and Jake looked after me and Jake would pop in every so often just to see if I needed any help. I took advantage of his playing to narrow down which wood combination sounded right for me and the CM model was just right. I can't thank the staff enough for their customer service and advice and if I get to the stage where I need another guitar I will certainly be visiting again no matter what the distance is.
