Beautiful Pangolin earrings

I was excited to receive these earrings and as ever from Jana & Ross they did not initially disappoint. However on trying them for the first time the pin on one snapped. I was upset as had never had any problems with previous purchases but on contacting Jana and Ross they immediately offered to fix this and refund postage. It was a new design so they were learning too. Sure enough in very quick time they were repaired and returned to me in v quick time. Earrings now have no problems and the detail is exquisite plus A+++ customer service thank you
