24V Kids Military Dumper

We took a few days to assemble the truck and just got finished with it yesterday. Left it charging overnight for 8hrs before the first use and my kid finally got to use it today. Unfortunately, he only got to enjoy it for about 45min or so when the front axel appears to have gotten stuck. The steering wheel doesn’t turn and the troubleshooting guide points to the steering motor being broken. Is there anyone who can contact me to go through options? As mentioned, the truck was delivered less than two weeks ago and it was only in operation for less than an hour before the steering motor apparently went out and the steering/turning function stopped working. I’d be interested in troubleshooting further with someone from the support team to determine if I’d be eligible for a new part (since it should certainly be under warranty) or a new truck altogether. Thanks for your attention to this issue. We were otherwise very happy with the truck up until when it stopped turning.
