I am verry disappointed with my scooter I only had it a week went out on it three times once to a garden centre Southport and third time went to stay at my daughters went out in car son in law lifted it out of car ride it into shopping area stopped twice and second time it would not start. My daughter had to hire a wheelchair coz I can’t walk far Regards Betty Sackfield

Decent scooter, worst customer service ever!

Firstly this scooter does what its supposed to. It's relatively lightweight, easy to drive and comfortable. So welzo customer service.... ordered the black model on Tuesday 5th with 48hr delivery. When I'd had no tracking info by Thursday I emailed and was told it was being prepared for dispatch. Considering it was supposed to be delivered the next day I was quite disappointed. The following Tuesday (12th) I had an email to say the black model was out of stock and I could wait 10 days for it to come back in or opt for the grey colour which I did as I was just fed up of waiting at this point! I finally had tracking on Wednesday and it was finally delivered on 14th.For something so expensive and substantial the customer service is absolutely woeful. If you advertise 48hr delivery then it should be delivered in 48hrs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Best scooter

I’m very happy with my Welzo scooter. The way it folds reminds me of my son’s transformers when he was little. I’ve already shared links to the website with 2 people who have seen it and been impressed. I have spine damage and needed something light that I could lift into my car boot. I am managing very well with this scooter, but find it a bit easier if I remove the batteries before folding it up. I haven’t travelled very far on it yet, but I’m really enjoying using it.
