Luxury Pine Green Hooded Moroccan Thobe

I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. I ordered three thobes in the same size, but one of them fit completely differently, which clearly shows inconsistent sizing and poor quality control. On top of that, the price dropped significantly just two weeks after my purchase, and the company refused to offer any price adjustment. While I understand sales happen, the combination of inconsistent sizing and zero flexibility on pricing is frustrating. What made the experience worse is that despite the sizing issue being on their end, they still expect customers to pay for return shipping. That’s not reasonable when the product itself is inconsistent. Overall, poor customer service, inconsistent product sizing, and rigid policies. I would not recommend unless you’re willing to take the risk.
