FreshFlow Cat Water Fountain

Works well, easy to disassemble, so should be easy to clean. Filters are quite small with a minimal amount of carbon, but with positioning through the water outlet hole in the lid, it seems most water will pass through it. Box is clearly AI designed, which was a little off-putting and made me worry about drop shipping. The instructions are easy to read, but very short and minimal where cleaning tips and troubleshooting would be handy. I did need to use one of my silicone straw cleaners to clean the inside of the metal “faucet” as the straw cleaner it comes with doesnt curve. Overall, a nice, but over-priced stainless steel water fountain. Another easily disassembled stainless steel water fountain would likely work just as well for bacteria/ biofilm prevention. Its been running for a week and works well, and shipped quickly. All the extra filters from this “deal” came inside the same box as the fountain, so they might be packaged together normally and marketed as a filter deal, unsure!

So far so good. Delivered quickly. We’ll see if the motor holds up long term. That seems to be the weakest point of most water fountains. However, the stainless steel, very thin and light, seems really good. It comes on by sensor, whenever someone moves nearby it.

Zero response from support service, after purchasing 2 fountains, needed to return one, emailed more than once since august 1, still nothing be careful of buying from them. Good fountain but i dont need the second one as my pets are small and share.
