I haven’t had a chance to use my products yet, but I have taken them out and inspected them. They are all quality made and heavy duty. I have no doubt that they will perform exactly as described. The customer service is also amazing! The owner messaged me directly, helped me select which bags were best for our lifestyle, and he fixed the shipping issue I was having (I live in Alaska). I highly recommend their products and their company!

Replacement?

Hi. I sent a picture of the “cut” on the string on my Rockagator phone pouch I received. The responder was great and said they’d send a replacement in a week or two. Haven’t gotten it yet. A friend has one she uses on horseback (my objective) and it seems to work great for her. Thanks!

Pretty good product

I like the design but one of the zipper seals broke after only a few uses. I possibly could have been more careful and prevented thus happening so early, but with the way it was attached it seemed like only a matter of time before it would break. It still is water proof regardless of the lower zip seal breaking and I do like the product overall
