This is an ideal practical workbook for the ongoing study of the tradition. Laid out as a journey through the year, there are weekly activities based on each topic. I love this format and enjoyed using it before in my OBOD studies. I look forwards to a rich spring and summer's journalling. Thank you.

Interesting book with a lot of deep content. I’m looking forward to working my way through this week by week as the year progresses. Provides a nice weekly focus to think about and consider, as well as a “practical” exercise which seems achievable.
