Really tasty lamb!

I accidentally ordered only one of these lamb chops and really wished I’d ordered more. The perfect size for one person and such tasty meat!

My first order.

Last night I cooked the first of three Barnsley chops. I gave it 10 minutes in the small Ninja crisper - perfect!. The chops were neatly trimmed with the right amount of fat - essential! I have not eaten salt marsh lamb before but I'm hooked. Stand by for my next order. Tomorrow night is chateaubriand night. I'll report back later.
