This is my favourite, I make it as a smaller brew between 18 and 20 litres brewed at about 24c' also add 1.25 to 1.5kg of white sugar and a dose of Harris pure brew giving an end result of around 6.6 abv. And a very intense flavour which suits my palate, I have never been too fond of pub beers always feel I'm settling for the one that isn't as bad as the others. Now I can drink something that I actually enjoy.
