Beautiful backpack! It's even nicer than I expected - very spacious with plenty of compartments. Excellent quality and definitely worth the price.

Fantastic customer service, original courier didn't deliver and sent the bag back, I emailed the customer service team to ask if I would get a refund or would the bag be despatched again. Within 1 hour they called me back asking what I would prefer,requested the bag to be sent out again and the item was delivered the bext day! Superb quality and really happy with the product and overall service.
