SIBARIST Cone – Specialty Coffee Filters

Filters are amazing, exactly as advertised. Extraction times are faster, especially noticeable with finer grind size. Filters allow me to experiment with finer grind sizes and pour speeds when making pour over coffee.

Pretty expensive filters but fun to mess around with to get a different perspective on a coffee. A blessing when brewing a washed Ethiopian or any other coffee prone to clogging filters.
