I was so excited to support this business!

I was so excited to support this business. I used the size chart and actually pulled out a soft measuring tape to measure myself before selecting this size. The shorts appear to be a of great quality, but are far too tight for me, so I cant speak to the wearability. I requested an exchange for a larger size and they denied my request because they’re not allowing returns or exchanges right now. I went back onto the website to see where it states this, and was offered 20% off my first pair of shorts (which I was not offered the first time) and I then asked the customer service person to honor the 20% off offer on my first pair of shorts and they never responded to my email. Very disappointed in the process… and now I have a seemingly high-quality pair of shorts that I cannot wear and that I paid 20% too much for.
