Replacement Bangle

I originally ordered this bangle for my wife, when it arrived she noticed a slight flaw in one of the stones. I immediately took photos of the flaw and sent it to Waldor. They immediately apologized and sent me a replacement bangle. It was so quick and no questions asked, they were very happy to hear from me about my issue and without hesitation sent me a new one.
