It may have been my fault, but I'm not too sure, the address got messed up on my order. Then it was stuck in limbo for like a day, so it wasn't the best experience ever, but it also wasn't the worst. I got it at the end of the day, and I'm gonna send back the other one I ordered just in case this one didn't arrive.

It came very fast but i cant hear my game when i put everything together and im trying to figure it out right now but other than that its great

So this item is awesome. It works just as intended, however there is a few draw backs. If you purchase this, I recommend getting it on sale because they don’t tell you that the app that goes with it is pretty costly. Over 99% of the voices are behind a paywall. I do not know if it was just my phone, but the monthly subscriptions would not display for purchase. The only one that I was able to purchase was the lifetime membership (which was $53 at my time of arrival, is well worth it) Again, this could be user error, but i had trouble connecting at first. I believe the order you have to connect is: open app, plug device into phone, plug in controller, plug in mic/headset. I actually enjoy the soundboard feature probably more than the voice changer, however I have a deeper southern voice so the changer kind of struggles with higher pitched female voices. Also, buy direct from Amazon. Fedex took nearly 3 weeks to deliver across 4 states and sent my package to the wrong location twice.
