The sizing is significantly off

I bought the jacket and went by the sizing on the website I have a 42 chest, and all my jackets are 42. I bought the vest that says 40-44 inch, and it’s way too small, not even close. It’s so off I remeasures my chest and it hasn’t changed. So just be wary of buying one of these vests. I have one now that I can’t wear
