Oak Smoked Water

It gave the dish I used it in a wonderfully subtle flavour. I was warned to use it sparingly but I think I will try a little more next time.

Brilliant producet, enhances those smoky dishes when they need a boost. Great in a houmous or homemade guac too! Love the feel of the glass bottle and you dont need a lot so lasts for a while. Definitely reccomend as a kitchen staple.
