Return and refund.

I have no issues with the quality or design; they are truly amazing. My problem lies with the return process. Although I purchased more than five items for family and friends, I needed to return and replace one. I initiated the return, but the system proved complicated. I had to contact customer service multiple times just to get the return address. After following the instructions, returning the item, and also sending the photo of the receipt from the post office, it's been nearly two weeks, and I still haven't received confirmation or resolution. It's quite disappointing.

I got all 5 colors available when I purchased. These capes are lightweight enough not to add burden to a fully covered sister but substantial enough to block the chill air. I live near Buffalo, NY and we have a lot of cold months so these will get ample use here. Jazakallah!
