I would like to share my experience with this MTB bike. Although the bike itself rides very well and the overall performance is excellent, I am disappointed with several important aspects that should not occur in a product of this category. First, the tyres are extremely thin and of noticeably poor quality for an MTB. Removing them without specialised tools is nearly impossible. While attempting to take them off, I unfortunately damaged my thru axle (part number 15AH3-110 FKA124-00), which now appears to be unavailable anywhere. The lack of access to such a basic replacement part is unacceptable and creates a serious problem for long‑term maintenance. Additionally, the bike comes completely bare — no lights, no accessories — and it does not include a Bosch Connect Module. For the price and intended use, I expected a more complete and practical setup. To be fair, the bike itself rides great: the frame, handling and motor performance are excellent. However, the poor tyre quality, the difficulty of maintenance, and the unavailability of essential components significantly reduce the overall satisfaction.
