Organic Ube Powder 100g

So delicious and great high quality!! looking forward to making some healthy Ube pancakes this weekend

I purchased this product because the website clearly states “100% organic,” but the labeling raises several concerns. The packaging includes the EU Organic Logo, and the origin is stated at the top of the label. However, there is no control body code anywhere on the packaging, nor any reference clarifying the certification (e.g. “non-EU agriculture”). From my understanding, these elements are required when using the EU organic logo, so their absence is concerning. There are also inconsistencies in the supply chain information. The product is described as being farmed in the Philippines, yet it was shipped from China, while being marketed as a French brand. This lack of clarity makes it difficult to trust the provenance. Finally, despite the “100% organic” claim on the website, the ingredients list does not explicitly state that the ingredients are organic. Overall, the labeling and traceability do not align with what I would expect from a genuinely certified organic product, which makes me question the validity of the claim. Happy to update my review pending a convincing response from the company.

Order placed more than 2 weeks ago but have not received the product nor any email regarding shipping notice. Have attempted to contact the seller 3 times but no response.
