Couldn’t try the product as items inside had fallen out through poorly packaged item. Bit worse, customer service has been awful. Three emails asking for resolution. Nothing. Over 1 month and I chase them for refund. Horrendous. Kelly is not good at keeping to her word. Not one email back unless I initiate the email first.
