I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by your company. I ordered several items for my daughter’s first birthday, a very special milestone for our family after my husband and I battled infertility for 10 years. The address on my package was printed incorrectly. I have autofill address set up on my phone and I reviewed my order before confirming purchase. Due to the misprint my package was unable to be delivered. I went to the post office; contacted the carrier, and contacted customer service. I explained the issue to costumer service and provided the correct address. I asked that if the items were returned to them to kindly send them back to the correct address as these items were for my daughter’s birthday. Customer service refused to help me rectify the situation and eventually ended up ignoring my reach outs all together. To say I’m disappointed is a gross understatement. This interaction has created unnecessary stress at a time that should be so joyful as I have had to completely scramble to find a supplemental outfit. Based on my experience I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as my attorney general.

Stunning piece as usual. Love that it has two buttons so my little girl can wear it for a while. Pairs nice with their tutu.

My daughter thinks this is absolutely adorable, she’s a little fashionista that way. The material is very soft and perfect for summer!
