Cattlemen's Base BBQ Sauce Gallon

Problem

Ordering on your website was good, but when items arrived, both gallon jugs were broken and at least 1/4 of the sauce had leaked out of each gallon into the packaging.

I use the cattlemen's BBQ Sauce for years,but it is the first time I order it from Dean Supply.I really love this sauce.great for a BBQ.and will always use it,and order it again from dean supply.Thanks again.
