Not very sturdy

I purchased this as I wanted a light weight scooter, initially I thought it was quite good but if you are not on a completely flat surface I feel it could tip easily, also both arms do not stay on, and keep dropping, I have messaged customer services and sent videos as requested but have yet to hear back
