Alnico 2 Plus

Excellent.

Put a set of anlico 2 plus in a prs s2 mccarty. The difference was immediately noticable and the guitar sounds fantastic. Great rock tones on the bridge and very gibson neck pickup tones. The coil splits sound great as well. Highly recomended

Awesome pickup

Just installed the alnico 2 plus today in the Les Paul. Really nice sound . Punchy, thick. While retaining that sort of airy paf sound without being dark. Great treble and high mids. I took a shot I couldn’t find many reviews online besides the tone rider website and I’m glad I got these . Fast shipping and I’m pretty sure the leads on these pickups came pre tinned on top of your coil tap leads already being tied together so you can just throw your ground on and hot lead and let er rip! Thank you!

Great humbucket!

Nice sounding humbucker. Clean, and enough midrange to growl. A bargain in my opinion.
