I have already dealt with customer services on this matter. Unfortunately, the new formulation of your previously delicious chocolates is foul tasting. It used to taste like chocolate and it now tastes like vinegar. I have been offered a discount on my next order, and only ordered the five pack because I had loved the previous formula so much. I will not be ordering again.
