Luciana - Concrete Round Coffee Table

Would not recommend

It looks premium online, but unfortunately it feels much cheaper in person. The delivery experience wasn’t great, the driver refused to bring the item up to my apartment. When it arrived, there were several defects, including what looks like bubble-wrap imprints that won’t come off, a visible handprint that won’t come off, a long scratch and a chip. Customer service have been great and did respond quickly, but I’m still waiting for the replacement and had to chase after receiving no update for over a week. Overall, the quality does not match the price. The item is hollow, and I would value it at no more than £150.
