This lager brews easily and quickly. Leaving it for a week for 2nd fermentation and another week for the sediment to firm up in the garage, it is ready to drink in 3-4 weeks and the taste matches any pub bought lager.

1ST TIME LAGER

This is the first time that I have brewed a lager been mostly IPA's until now. Its an easy kit to get started with and I am looking forward to the taste of my first lager.
