LuminYouth™ Silicon Scar Stick

Absolutley disappointed with the service from LuminYouth. I purchased this product on a buy one get one free promo which also included a free gua sha tool. When the package arrived they had only supplied the one Silicon Scar Stick. No response to my follow up emails etc

I ordered and paid for this item as a special buy where you got another free scar stick with it & also a face tool, however i only got 1 stick and nothing else!! I tried to get in touch with the company numerous times with no response. Will definitely not be using this site again. Very poor!!!!!

The longest delivery time ever ! No reply at all from customer service when asking how long the package would take. Buy one get one free and only received one product and did not receive the free gua sha tool. Neber again !!!!
