Modern Belt - Black

Belt arrived without a loop. Contacted them and was told to make one myself from a piece of material similar as they don’t offer replacements. Asked for a refund and was refused as it had already been cut to size (didn’t realise loop wasn’t in the box until I put it on). So their attitude was pretty much ‘tough luck for you’. Such a shame as I did like the belt, but would rather spend my money elsewhere that provides some form of customer service - not a business that takes my money then voids themselves of any responsibility to provide the items as described.

Once I learned how to release the “teeth” holding the shortened end to cut off more of the belt, I was pleased. The “secret” is to push the belt toward the buckle, which loosens the teeth’s grip.

Heel mooi, ik heb ook een andere soort riem van een ander bedrijf, je kan wel het verschil qua kwaliteit leer zien, maar wel een prima riem verder
