Nice fountain, quiet and the dogs seem to like it. The customer service was amazing. I made an order mistake and contacted customer service to see what i had to do to fix the problem i made. I was more than willing to pay for my mistake. I was not treated poorly and they were exceptionally helpful.

Absolutely love this fountain. The dogs took to it in about ten seconds and absolutely love it.

Parts seemed a little cheap but once I got it set up it's pretty nice. The animals love it. My cat knew right away what it was and was waiting for me to set it down to take a drink. The puppy was scared of it for about 2 days but he got used to it and likes it now.
