Overall, a great piece of Pilates equipment for home or studio use. It performs smoothly and feels reliable. Shipping took a little longer than expected, which is the only reason for four stars instead of five.

The Cadillac itself works well and feels sturdy during use. Delivery was delayed and required some follow-up. Product quality is good, but the shipping experience could be improved.
