Anker Products are Great!

Anker products are wonderful. This was my 5th solar generator from them. FedEx messed up and I didn’t receive the generator for 17 days after the expansion battery was delivered, but I received nearly daily updates from their customer service representative, Giselle until they got things figured out! I’m a loyal Anker customer!

The power bank and the supplemental battery are working great. I was not pleased with the solar panels as they only put out between 50 and 60 percent of there rated capacity. I was pleased that Anker did agree to take them back and refund my money.

I enjoyed the speed of which charging the main bank. When received it was at 60+ percent charge. Went and charged it up too 100. Short order! No time at all. Will review when I go on vacation in June of 2026.
