Elderflower & Rose Iced Tea

Proper iced tea.

I love the flavour of elderflower, but found this to be a little too subtle. I’m going to brew my next batch for a minute longer and add less cold water, as it definitely has potential. Someone suggested adding soda water instead of water, which sounds good, and I wondered about sparkling elderflower. I made some of the initial brew into ice cubes, so I’ll have a head start next time the sun comes out.

Light and floral

A fabulous summer tea really delicious floral flavours Better if not brewed for too long. I’ve tried it brewed as a cold tea too. Needs the addition of water.

Delicious as hot tea

We haven’t brewed this as ice tea yet, simply because it is delicious as a hot tea. Lovely flavours whilst the excellent quality of the green tea shines through.
