Interesting herbal
Love the idea, fab herbal smell & floral look of this & it was refreshing over ice on a hot day however we also found it quite bitter on first testing via the cold brew method & don’t want to start adding sweeteners with extra calories! Will persevere but maybe this one’s just not for us sadly… perhaps will also try the raspberry version??

Proper iced tea.
I love the flavour of elderflower, but found this to be a little too subtle. I’m going to brew my next batch for a minute longer and add less cold water, as it definitely has potential. Someone suggested adding soda water instead of water, which sounds good, and I wondered about sparkling elderflower. I made some of the initial brew into ice cubes, so I’ll have a head start next time the sun comes out.
