So given some of Trust pilot reviews which I didn't read until after my purchase I was impressed with my order. All present and correct. I used a discount code on already discounted sale items . Lovely very lovely!! quality bags. Considering they were purchased between Christmas and New Year they did take slightly longer to arrive and this was always in the back of my mind so refrained from making contact with the company Both bags were in a well packaged box and signed for with Royal Mail.
