Delivered defective, still waiting on replacement
I receied this order on June 17, 2026 with both defective chronogaph push buttons not working to activate the chroh=nograph. I have already contacted Swan and Edgar customer service who informed me that they would replace the watch with another Diplomat, but despite many emails after, as of today June 30, I have not received a pre-paid return coupon, nor my replacement Diplomat. So this is a poor review on watch quality, and customer service to replace defective watches. But I do like how the watch looks on my wrist. If only it would work propertly. 1

Love the Diplomat!
This is my 3rd Swan & Edgar watch and it did not disappoint! I don’t wear black very often but I needed a watch to wear with a black tuxedo and this one was perfect! Looks great… perfect weight and feel!

1st Class watch!!! Beautiful!! So cool and yet Classy!! it goes with suits ,with Jeans and casual clothing ,day to evening. I bought another one different color and the complication one. Amazing!!
