Cannot stop eating this drizzled over vanilla ice cream. A must purchase for liquorice lovers!

Liquorice topped Ice Cream is the one thing I've missed and finally I can enjoy the combination in the UK. I'm also looking forward to using it in cooking, albeit sceptical.

Brilliant addition to my food cupboard.

This is a wonderful way to still my liquorice addiction. I first came across licquorice icecream in Iceland and now I have the means to make it myself. It is just on the the right side of salty sweet but with a great depth of that all flavourful licquorice taste. It’s great for making icecream but also it’s brilliant spooned over some vanilla icecream. A little warning though! If there is no licquorice in the house, a teaspoon of this wonderful elixer will go a long way to satisfy a salty sweet taste. I will certainly buy this little gem again.
