I recently brought this and wanted to give it to my daughter as she had a stressful time coming up. I was informed that it would be delivered in 2/3 days which was fine as we were going away in 10 days so plenty of time. 2 days after ordering I was informed by Neom it was with the courier then later that day had an email from Evri that it was on its way to a delivery facility. This was on Wednesday, by Friday it was still there. I contacted Neom to let know the situation and said we were going away the following Tuesday and was worried it wouldn’t come in time. I was asked to rearrange delivery which I tried to do but Evri said the sender had to arrange that. So back to Neom to ask them to do it. In the event they reordered and sent another one. Goodness knows what happened to the first one. They were so understanding and supportive and arranged for it to be delivered the following week once we were back. I had so many supportive emails and feel they all were so so kind. I would like to say I’d use them again but Evri has so much of a bad reputation locally and an often you hear of their parcels not being delivered. So please change your delivery firm.

Have bought these on numerous occasions but was delighted to buy them in the sale. Very handy to carry the small size in your bag. Love the scent of all of them. Great in the little pouch as they usually just come in a box.
