Ruffled Soutache Church Hat by EY Boutique

I am very disappointed in the hat that was sent to me! It looks nothing like the hat in the catalog. There is no rhinestone trimming around the piece that fits around my head no rhinestone trim on the bow, my hat doesn't have a bow at all? This is not the hat that I fell in love with in the catalog. I didnt receive a return invoice in the box, no invoice at all.
