Titanium Pro Pan™

The pan did not perform as stated. I cleaned and seasoned the pan as directed per the instructions. My egg stuck to the pan. I had to clean the pan 5 times ans even the the pan soak. I wasn’t able get the egg residue out of the geoves of the pan. I requestwd a refund, but the latest rules in returning items these days is i cannot be used.??? Go figure how can I try the pan if i do t use it. The company only offered to give back $44 and i could keep the pan. I toss the pan into recycling. Lesson Learn!

Followed all dorecrions and this pan does not deliver. Everything sticks and creates a mess, and with the reccesses from hammering its a total butt pain to clean!! Wholy and completly disapointed with the performance of this product. Never cooked with it above medium high. Impossible to get a quick sear without leaving a braised mess on the bottom. I had very high hopes. Even when “clean” it still shows stian marks on the bottom. I hate having to write this review. Maybe just a bad batch?! I dunno.

While this pan is a little heavier than expected it works great on my electric stove. Low heat is recommended for cooking with the claim that it heats faster than traditonal pans. Comes with a glass lid. Some assembly required and tools are provided. Nonstick claims were accurate as my eggs came off easily with some oil added. I recommend this product.
