Fertile Quail Eggs – Choose Your Variety

Got 18 eggs. Spent about 52$. Alot of eggs where scrambled inside. Two were cracked. Regardless of all that, only 4 viable by day 14. I feel like more wouldve survived maybe if the packaging were better (came in alot of shredded newspaper inside a carton)
