Le goût du gel neutre me rappelle le lait concentré sucré, un vrai régal réconfortant. Tolérance digestive parfaite pour moi. Le goût me convient sur des efforts de 4h mais j'en sature sur plus long, varier avec le goût myrtille est idéal ! En tout cas le passage sur ce format à diluer dans une flasque est un réel game changer dans la charge mentale du ravito en course!
