It is surprising comfortable! I thought it would hurt my shoulder but not at all. I'm able to fit a lot of things. Way more than I thought I would be able to. The only tiny thing I don't like is that to pocket on the strap is really small. I almost can't fit my card in it. But overall I really love it.
