The unit is easy to use, the time of use is set but you have to find your own level of intensity.The remote did’nt work from the start which was very disappointing as it would have been a real asset.I am slowly increasing the intensity as not a lot of guidance was given.I use it daily as I believe it is helping me feel more steady.

I'm really pleased with my unit works and the case is a real bonus. It will be so easy to transport for times away. It was delivered promptly. The staff member I spoke to before I ordered was really polite and very helpful. I don't use the feet on the unit as I prefer it flat on the ground. Thank you for an excellent product.
